Return and Refund Policy
At Liv Funki, we value your satisfaction with your purchase and aim to provide a hassle-free return and refund process.  Please read our policy carefully to understand how we handle returns and refunds. 

Returns
We allow customers 14 days after receiving their order to initiate a return of the cost of the product and any related sales and use tax.  As we are a small company, the cost of shipping will not be refunded.  To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@livfunki.com, within 14 days of receiving your order.  If your return request is accepted, we will send you an email confirming your return is approved with the appropriate return address.   Again, as we are a small company, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.  We recommend that you use a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received by us.  We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.  If items received are opened, used or not in their original condition the return request may be denied, or a restocking fee may be charged.

Damaged Items
We understand that sometimes items may arrive in less-than-perfect condition.  If you receive a broken, torn, or damaged item, we will gladly offer you store credit for the purchase price.  To initiate a return, please contact us at support@livfunki.com, within 14 days of receiving your order.  As noted in the "Returns" section above, all shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
