Returns
We allow customers 14 days after receiving their order to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact. Please be aware that we do not offer cash refunds. Instead, we will issue store credit for the purchase price, which you can use for future purchases on our website. Damaged Items
We understand that sometimes items may arrive in less-than-perfect condition. If you receive a broken, torn, or damaged item, we will gladly offer you store credit for the purchase price. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@livfunki.com, within 14 days of receiving your order.
Shipping of Returned Items
If you are located in the United States, and your return request is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If you are located outside of the United States, and your return request is accepted, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received by us. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.
